Originally not from Bakersfield, Francisco has called this city home for the past five years. Outside of work, he’s a devoted father to two kids, balancing his time between family and his love for cooking.
When it comes to MB2’s menu, Francisco’s go-to favorite is our burgers—a true classic! And when he’s not in the kitchen, you might just find him at one of his favorite attractions, the batting cages—a fitting choice for someone who loves baseball!
