Safety Rules

GENERAL

  • All guests must sign a waiver & release of liability form. Guests younger than 18 years of age need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver & release of liability form.
  • Violating any of the rules below and/or putting yourself or other Guests in harm’s way will result in you being asked to leave.

AXE THROWING 

Restrictions:

  • Throwers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Anyone entering the axe throwing area must have on flat, closed toed shoes. No axe-ceptions.
  • MB2 has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol or substance abuse. Anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to use the attractions and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

Rules:

  • All throwers must sign waiver
  • NEVER TRY TO CATCH AN AXE! If an axe bounces back from a target, quickly step backward and to the side in your lane.
  • DO NOT point or gesture with the axe, ANY MISHANDLING OF AN AXE OR HORSEPLAY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE ACTIVITY!
  • Keep your axe in the axe throwing area only.
  • Do not touch anyone else’s axe.
  • Grip your axe by the handle only.
  • If you are visibly intoxicated, management and/or MB2 Axeperts reserve the right to terminate your axe throwing session.
  • No refunds will be given for participants removed from the axe throwing area.

BUMPER BOATS 

Restrictions:

  • You must be at least 44″ tall to drive a bumper boat.
  • You must be at least 40″ or taller to ride as a passenger in a bumper boat.
  • Passengers must ride with an adult who is at least 18 years old.
  • Maximum bumper boat capacity is 450 lbs.

Rules

  • Two children or two adults may not ride together.
  • If adult and child are riding together, the adult must sit in the center of the boat and control steering.
  • When you are let into the dock area please walk to a boat and WAIT to get in until the attendant comes over to assist you.
  • When the attendant notifies you that time is up, please steer your boat back to the dock area and wait to standup or get out of the boat until the attendant assists you.
  • Remain seated unless directed otherwise.
  • Keep hands and feet inside the boat at all times.
  • No running, pushing, or horseplay in the dock area. Any misconduct or failure to follow rules will result in immediate removal from the ride.
  • Driver will be held responsible for all damages to persons or belongings.
  • Do not splash or shoot water at attendants
  • Secure all loose-fitting clothing and hair longer than shoulder length should be pulled back and secure.
  • No swimming or diving is allowed.
  • No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed in the boat or dock area.
  • If any trouble occurs with your boat, please remain seated and raise your hand to let an attendant know you require assistance.
  • This ride is not recommended for individuals who have heart problems, neck/back problems, or may be pregnant.
  • Ride at your own risk.

KARTING 

Kids Track

  • Recommended for 4-7 year olds
  • Must be 36” tall
  • Max weight 90 lbs.

 

Regular Track Regulations:

  • Junior Racers must be 48″ or taller
  • Adult Racers must be 57″ or taller

Rules:

  • All Racers must attend a briefing session on racing safety and regulations.
  • All Racers will be provided helmets, which must be worn at ALL times during the race.
  • All Racers must keep hair tucked and clear of any moving parts on the Go-Kart.
  • MB2 Entertainment will not tolerate bumping, blocking, or any kind of contact with other kart.
  • Kart racing poses risks to people with neck or back problems, heart conditions, and anyone who is pregnant.
  • All Racers must follow the signs displayed by the Track Crew.
  • All Racers must wear closed toe shoes.
  • Never stop on the track for any reason.
  • Be cautions of other drivers.

MINI GOLF

  • Limit parties playing together to no more than four persons.
  • Do not playing on any fairway tee until players ahead have finished.
  • Stay off fairway playing surface except while putting.
  • Do not cut in front of other players. Kindly ask to move ahead.
  • Allow faster players to move ahead so you can enjoy your game more relaxed.
  • Please keep clubs out of the water.
  • Do not hit anything except the golf balls with the clubs.
  • This is mini golf. Hit the ball gently. You have nothing to prove.
  • Six (6) stroke limit per hole. After five strokes, mark six (6) on app and move to the next hole
  • Do not replay any hole when other Guests are waiting.
  • Please return the balls and clubs when you complete the course.

BATTING CAGES

  • CAUTION! Injuries could result from the use of this device. Users assume the inherent risks of batting baseballs and softballs. If users have any questions about the use of this device or the inherent risks associated with the use of this device, ask the attendant before using the batting cages.
    • Age Restrictions:
    • No one under the age of 6 years old is permitted to use the batting cages.
    • An adult MUST accompany all batting cage players under the age of 12 (but not inside the cage).
    • No one under the age of 16 is allowed to use cages throwing the effective speed of 70 – 75 MPH.
      • Bat at your own risk.
      • Batters MUST wear helmets with face mask protection and shoes (no cleats) at all times.
      • No food, drink, gum or chewing tobacco allowed inside cages.
      • No person under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol is permitted to use the batting cages.
      • Only one person in the batting cages at a time during play. No coaches allowed in cages during game play.
      • No practice swings outside of cages unless in designated areas. Swing the bat exclusively inside the stall.
      • Keep the door/gate closed while batting and never climb or hang from the cage. Close gates at all times when entering or exiting the cages.
      • If pitching machines are pitching out of the strike zone, immediately alert the attendant.
      • No switch-hitting during the game.
      • These pitching machines throw both balls and strikes. Players should “BE ALERT” at all times.
      • Do not stand on home plate.
      • Watch for balls rolling under feet.
      • During or after the game, do not pick up balls from the ground. Do not throw balls back at pitching machines.
      • Report all accidents immediately.
